trash-e

I was completely entranced by Wall-e and bought the toy.  A few questions came to mind as I opened the packaging today:

1.) Why did I get a little emotional as I freed Wall-e from the packaging wires?

2.) Isn't Wall-e supposed to be tirelessly working to consolidate mounds of waste on planet Earth?

3.) Why does my toy Wall-e come wrapped in more trash than he himself could compact?

There's an eerie human quality to him.

I love him! My co-workers and I want to get one for our office. They are, at this very moment, saying "Aw, I want one...Wall-EEEEE." Oh, he is so darn cute.

Hi, I wandered over here from Ghetto Blashter and had to comment on this post. I can imagine feeling a little emotional freeing sweet Wally from the packing. As far as the waste...clearly we didn't get the hint the film was trying to drop!

what does he do around the house? is he like a Roomba? or is he remote controlled :)

I would have him bring me hot cocoa!
